HOW IT WORKS

To organize a cruise is very simple. Book the length of your cruise on the webbpage and then decide the destination toegether with the skipper. However, for the cruise to be comfertable and safe the weather needs to good. At the timing of events leading up to the cruise are described below.

  1. Decide length of your cruise 

    • We have some standard time slots ranging from afternoon with dinner and drinks in the archipelago until full day and overnight stay. Custom time frames are also possible to arrange. Just let us know.

  2. Reserve your booking in the calender and Pic Boats will get back to you with a confirimation

    • Once the booking is confirmed 30% of the cruise fee will be charged to your credit card.

  3. Deciding destination and preparing the trip.

    • 1-2 weeks before take off, your skipper will reach out to plan the destinations of your trip. At this point additionally 30% of the fee will be drawn from your credit card.

  4. Receive final confirmation

    • 1-2 days prior to departure the skipper will give a final confirmation of the planned trip with regards to the weather conditions. Pic Boats reserves the right to up until departure cancel the trip due to the weather conditions. In case there will a be cancellation due to weather conditions there will be a full refund the cost of the trips.

  5. Enjoy and have fun on the trip in the Beautiful Stockholm Archipelago

More on wheather conditions for the cruise

Pic Boats has an internal policy in order to offer fun, safe and comfertable cruising experiences and the weather can change swiftly so we need to be vigilant. 1-2 days before the planned cruise the skipper will reach out to discuss the weather conditions with the clients to give a final confirmation on the cruise with regards to the weather conditions. If there is a reservation due to the weather conditions, or if the weather conditions changes before departure, Pic Boats reserves the right to cancel the cruise up until departure. Therefore, please make up a reserve plan for your stay in Stockholm in order to make the most of your visit. To the extent possible, Pic Boats will try to rescheduele the cruise during your stay in the city.
